This page outlines Geeko's standard terms for wholesale and OEM/ODM orders. We are committed to transparent, fair, and flexible partnerships with our global clients.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard wholesale orders: 100 units per SKU
OEM/ODM custom orders: Contact us for project-specific MOQ
Sample orders: Available — please inquire for sample pricing and lead time

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD (EXW Shaoxing) unless otherwise agreed
Volume pricing is available — larger orders receive preferential unit pricing
Formal quotations are provided within 48 hours of inquiry

Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated on a per-order basis depending on order size and client relationship. Please contact us to discuss terms suitable for your business.

Lead Times

Standard OEM orders (existing tooling): 7 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt
Custom ODM orders (new design/tooling): 25–35 business days after sample approval and deposit receipt
Lead times may vary during peak seasons — we will communicate any changes proactively

Shipping & Logistics

We ship globally via sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
Default shipping terms: EXW (Ex Works, Shaoxing)
FOB (Ningbo or Shanghai) available upon request
We can assist with freight forwarding arrangements if needed
All shipments include a packing list, commercial invoice, and certificate of origin

Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes multi-stage quality inspection before shipment
Pre-shipment inspection reports are available upon request
Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at buyer's cost

ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 – Quality Management

Returns & Claims

Quality claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods
Claims must include photos/videos and a written description of the issue
Verified defects will be remedied by replacement, credit, or refund at Geeko's discretion

Confidentiality

All OEM/ODM projects are treated with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing detailed project information.
